the Intn'l. Blues Challenge in Memphis...
Friday:
Here's the
Blue Cat Blues guys in front of Alfred's on Beal Street in
Memphis.
This is where they'll be playing tonight, going on before
Mikey jr. & the Stone Cold Blues.
(Also, news is
that Mikey's newest CD has made the finals in the self-produced CD
category.)

"Thanks to Diamond State Blues
Society for sending The Blue Cat Blues Band to the IBC in Memphis.
While we didn't advance to the semifinals tonight, we had 'em up
dancing Weds and played a tight and right set last night. Mikey Jr
(with New Castle's own Jimmy Pritchard) did advance from our
venue to the semifinals tonight. Thanks to all our supporters
and well wishers."
MIKEY
JR. & the STONE COLD BLUES MAKE IT to the SEMI-FINALS AGAIN!
It started Wednesday with 118 chosen international blues bands and
it's now down to the final 9 with last year's DSBS representatives
to the IBC, Mikey Jr. and the Stone Cold Blues Band, kicking off the
final competition Saturday at 2pm.
Mikey Jr,, Matt Daniels, Jimmy Pritchard and Adam Stranburg are
kicking ass!!!
